I wanted to post another update on one of our celebrity Surgeons, Dr. Thomas Baier. Although he is only marginally proficient in his craft, he does make a damn good cup of coffee. Here is a photo of Dr. Baier and one of his colleagues doing surgery in Mosul. If you are ever in Chicago and are so unlucky as to break your leg, get to Cleveland as quick as you can.
